Travelling with Your Pet
Our hotel warmly welcomes your dog, cat, or other small pet, so you can enjoy your stay together.
Pet Fee: EUR 20 per pet, per night
Pets are accommodated in the same room as their owners and are not provided with separate catering or feeding services.
To make your four-legged companion feel at home, we provide:
- Waste bags for dog walking
- A water bowl
A complimentary treat in your room upon arrival

Pet-Friendly Hotel Etiquette

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

Please keep your dog on a leash at all times while outside your room.
If you are unsure where your dog may be safely exercised off-leash near the hotel, please ask our reception team—they will be happy to assist you. -
Please do not take your dog near the animals kept on the hotel grounds.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted inside the hotel restaurant. -
Please do not leave your pet alone in the room for extended periods if it may experience separation anxiety (such as barking or scratching at the door). Before travelling, please ensure your pet is comfortable staying alone in unfamiliar surroundings.

If your pet is resting in your room, please inform our staff by using the "Pet in Room" door hanger provided.

If your dog likes to relax on the sofa, please place a sheet or blanket underneath to help protect the furniture.

Please clean up after your pet immediately if it leaves any waste anywhere on the hotel premises. Whenever possible, we kindly ask that pets relieve themselves outside the hotel grounds.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, thermal bath, wellness, or spa areas.

Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their animals anywhere on the hotel premises and accept full financial and legal responsibility.
